• Check your inbox for your Pearla order confirmation email — the order number is at the top (it looks like #1001)
• Don't see it? Check your spam folder, or email us at hello@pearla.store and we'll resend it

When can I expect my order?

Pearla ships within 1–3 business days of your order. Once shipped, expect 7–15 business days to your door anywhere in the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Haven't received tracking yet?

If it's been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you still haven't received tracking, email us at hello@pearla.store with your order number and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.

Tracking shows "delivered" but I don't have it?

Check with neighbours and around your front door first. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, email us — we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
